The Saxophone Family and the Four Types of Saxes

There are four types of saxophones that cover the gamut of aural range; the soprano saxophone, the alto saxophone, the tenor saxophone, and the baritone or "bari" saxophone. 
This is a picture of a soprano saxophone. This saxophone is relatively rare and is used in both jazz and concert music. 
This is a picture of an alto saxophone. Notice the curve of the bell in comparison to the soprano sax. The alto sax is used in both jazz and concert music, though is very rare in orchestral music.
This is a picture of a tenor saxophone. It has a deeper pitch that likens it to a trombone or baritone in the brass family and is very common in jazz and concert music. As with all saxophones, tenors are rare in the orchestral scene. 
This is a picture of the baritone sax. It has the deepest sound of the woodwind family and is likened to a tuba in range and pitch. While common in
